The short version.
What the intake form collects, where it goes, and how to make it go away.
What you hand over
Only what you type. The intake form asks for:
- Contact details — name, business, email, phone.
- Your answers — which admin problem you picked, plus whatever
numbers you put in (invoices owed, quotes out, tool list, spend).
- Your customers' names, if you type them — the invoice and
quote rows are optional and accept whatever you enter. Rule of
thumb: don't put in a box what you wouldn't put in an email to me.
No cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics accounts tied to you.
If Cloudflare Web Analytics is on, it's cookieless and counts visits,
not people.
Where it goes
- Straight to me — the form posts to a form endpoint and lands in my
inbox/workflow as a lead. Nobody else sees it.
- Your browser keeps an unsent draft (localStorage) so a phone call
doesn't eat your progress. It clears when you send, and you can
clear it anytime by emptying site data.
- The "email Jesse" links open your own mail app — nothing sends
until you hit send.
What it's used for
- Writing the plan I promised — that's the whole job of the data.
- Contacting you about it: one reply, maybe a follow-up. No drip
campaigns, no newsletter you didn't ask for.
- Never sold, rented, or shared with third parties. Client
names in your invoice rows stay between us — they're evidence for
your plan, not a list I keep.
How long it lives
As long as we're talking or working together. Ask me to delete it
and it's gone — jesse@thinklocalcommunity.com,
one line is enough.
